Try Before You Buy FAQ

How does the Try Before You Buy process work?

1. Pick the jeans to be sent to your home to try on. 

2. Send the options you have picked to either @sustainablesupplyco on Instagram via direct message OR you can email them to me at hellossco.colorado@gmail.com.

3. I will then create a draft order with the options you have chosen. 

4. Proceed to checkout with the Try Before You Buy listing, and choose the correlating number of try ons.

5. As soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it and have it shipped out within 1-2 business days.

6. As soon as you receive your shipment, you will have up to 5 days to try on and decide.

7. Keep what you love. Send back what doesn't work with the prepaid label provided. If a prepaid label is not provided, one will be sent via email once we have discussed what you will be keeping/sending back.

8. Only pay for what you keep. When you have decided what you will keep, I will adjust the draft order and send it to be paid. You will have 24 hours to complete the purchase. 

Does the deposit go toward my purchase? 

Yes, your deposit goes toward the purchase of your jeans when you have chosen. If on the off chance, you do not love any of the jeans that you have received, your deposit will be used to cover the shipping and will be lost.

*How your deposit will be applied:

  • If you purchase 2 or more in your home try on - the full deposit amount will be applied to your purchase 
  • If you purchase 1 pair in your home try on - Half of your deposit will be applied to your purchase
  • If you return everything in your home try on - All of your deposit will be forfeited in order to pay for shipping 

When does the try period start for my order?

The Try period starts as soon as ALL items in an order are delivered and ends either when you make a "keep" or "send back" decision or when the "Try period" expires, whichever comes first.

When am I charged for my order?

Once you receive your order, you will have 5 days to try on and decide. Once you have decided, an invoice will be sent to be paid within 24 hours. 

 

Is it possible to extend my try period, if needed?
